If you want to delete your account, please follow the steps below to submit your account deletion request:

Fill in the form with complete and correct account information.
Send the email to our official support mailbox. Only after completing both steps will your account deletion application be successfully submitted, and we will proceed to delete your account accordingly.
After we receive your confirmation deletion email, we will verify the information and delete your account within 30 days.

Delete your account

Once your account deletion is completed, it will become permanent.

1After your account is deleted, your account information, viewing history, playback progress, accumulated coins, rewards, personalized preferences, and other related in-app data may be deleted.
2Once the above data is deleted, it cannot be restored.
3To officially submit an account deletion request, you must fill in the required account information below and send the generated email to the official support email.
4Please make sure your email includes your App name, User ID / Account ID, iOS/Android platform, and account email address. The support team will use the information you provide to identify and process the corresponding account data deletion request.
